Matthew T. Carpenter, CEO of Messer & Flint Consulting, Inc., brings over three decades of unparalleled security expertise, ranging from military service to Emergency Management and specializing in school security. He ensured safety in high-risk conflict zones, from small units to large-scale facilities, and minimized civilian casualties. After retiring, Matt aided small communities in emergency preparedness and conducted physical security assessments for private clients. Successfully transitioning to school safety and security, he assists school administrators in meeting their requirements and achieving their security goals.
